When we opened Culaccino, we set out to create a restaurant rooted in authentic Italian hospitality—a place where family, friends, and neighbors could gather over handmade pasta, classic recipes, and memorable meals. The response from our community inspired us to think about what comes next.

That next chapter is Culamar.

Born from the same spirit that created Culaccino, Culamar is our Mediterranean-inspired gathering place. While Culaccino celebrates Italian tradition, Culamar embraces discovery, bringing together the flavors, ingredients, and experiences that have inspired our team throughout their lives, travels, and careers.

The name Culamar reflects that connection. Created from the roots of Culaccino and the sea-inspired influence of “mare,” the name represents the cultures and cuisines connected by the Mediterranean. From the coastal villages of Spain to the markets of Southern Europe, the Mediterranean has always been a crossroads of food, family, and hospitality.

At Culamar, we celebrate the way we love to eat: shared plates in the center of the table, handcrafted cocktails, lively conversation, and flavors meant to be explored together.

Our menu is inspired by Spanish tapas, Mediterranean traditions, seasonal ingredients, and the dishes our chefs have enjoyed preparing and sharing throughout their lives. Some recipes are rooted in tradition. Others are playful expressions of creativity. All are designed to bring people together.
